HYYProcess only the data needed to provide and protect the service
This notice summarizes the data involved in the HYY-Bot website and bot service. Never send private keys, seed phrases, passwords or API secrets by email, support ticket or chat.
Data used by the service
Registration and login use an email address, password hash, verification state, language preference, sessions and necessary security logs. Subscriptions record the plan, order amount, public BSC transaction hash, confirmation outcome and membership period.
Support tickets store content and attachments submitted by the customer. Customer instances store configured strategy settings and supported-platform credentials, isolated from other customers and excluded from public defaults.
Purposes
Data is used to create and secure accounts, verify blockchain payments, operate customer instances, provide support, investigate faults and prevent abuse. Customer email, payments and credentials are not displayed in public pages.
Correction and deletion
Customers may use support tickets to request corrections or ask about account deletion. Deleting an account removes associated service records and the customer instance through the product process. Public blockchain transactions are outside the website's control and cannot be erased by HYY-Bot.
Security boundary
No internet service can promise absolute security. Use a unique strong password, narrow API permissions and rotate credentials when appropriate.
